This factsheet is designed to help students build their resilience and adaptability in order to cope with the stressors specific to post-secondary studies. In particular, it covers:

  • Resilience theory;
  • Risk factors;
  • Protection factors;
  • Training for resilience development.

A webinar is also being offered in English to introduce the Strengths-Based Resilience (SBR) program, which supports students by teaching them evidence-based skills to solve everyday problems, thereby increasing their resilience and well-being.
