The HORS-PISTE program at the RBC Centre for University Expertise in Mental Health is based on a positive global approach. It aims to develop students’ psychosocial and socio-emotional skills, as well as creating healthy, caring environments. The program includes an introductory course: Mindfulness at the heart of your practice.
This is a series of 4 videos lasting a total of 2h30. It is intended for all members of an institution (teaching staff, support staff, management, administrative staff, etc.) who wish to learn more about mindfulness, understand its foundations and establish ways of integrating mindfulness activities into their work environment or personal life. It is recommended to listen to the capsules in order.
