This series of 7 sessions on stress and anxiety is offered online and in person to students at the Université du Québec à Montréal. These workshops are led by psychological support professionals. The workshops are complementary and can be taken in part or together. Each includes a relaxation period, a theoretical portion, a reflective activity and an exchange period. The workshop themes are:

  • Demystifying stress and anxiety
  • Performance anxiety and perfectionism
  • Understanding and coping with panic attacks
  • Increase tolerance to uncertainty
  • The avoidance trap
  • Learn to cope better with your emotions
  • Increase your benevolence towards yourself
