The HORS-PISTE program from the RBC Centre d’expertise universitaire en santé mentale is based on a positive global approach and aims to act on the development of students’ psychosocial and socio-emotional skills, as well as on the establishment of healthy and caring environments. A version of this program has been developed specifically for higher education establishments. It includes several workshops that can be offered to the student population, ranging from 60 to 75 minutes in length, and including facilitation material (power point, printables, etc.). Here are the workshops available for students in the universal prevention section.
