The Korsa program offers a series of group workshops (between 8 and 15 people) aimed primarily at students experiencing difficulties generated by stress and anxiety. These workshops are an opportunity to exchange ideas and try out various exercises to help them cope better with their situation.
Korsa workshops are inspired by the Acceptance and Commitment approach, a third-wave behavioral and cognitive approach. They are led by people who have received exhaustive and rigorous training. Students taking part in Korsa workshops are required to:
- Clarify the goals and values that give meaning to their lives;
- Engage in actions that enable them to achieve their goals and bring their values to life;
- Identify les traps that contribute to increased stress and anxiety in their studies and implement simple and effective strategies to get around them;
- Develop their attentive presence.
