The resilience-building workshops for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Arts and Science at the Université de Montréal consist of 4 90-minute sessions that address :

  • The impact of thoughts on functioning
  • Problem-solving strategies to be proactive in the face of challenges encountered during studies or future professional life.

Fictitious cases are presented during the workshops, and participants are invited to try out tools in their personal lives between workshops. The workshops are led by doctoral students from the department who are familiar with the realities of students’ lives.

These workshops are part of a research project led by Simon Grenier, aimed at developing a better understanding of student well-being.
