Relief has developed a range of self-management workshops specifically for students in higher education. These online workshops are a group psychological education intervention designed to help participants take action to promote better mental health. Different workshop series are offered depending on the level of study.
For college students :
- Dealing with anxiety at cegep
- Living with depression at cegep
For university students :
- Dealing with anxiety at university
Duration : 9 weekly workshops (the first of which is a preparatory workshop)
Format: online, theoretical information, practical exercises, discussions and exercises to do between workshops.
